Great modern hotel close to Ningyocho Station. Spacious twin room made it easy to manage our luggage. Comfortable beds and everything felt clean. Breakfast buffet really stood out, with a nice selection of western and Japanese dishes. Their eggs and salmon were fresh and tasty, perfect to kickstart the day. Only downside was the hard pillows. they didn’t provide the best night's sleep. Overall, my experience was quite pleasant but could use some improvement with pillow comfort.

The room size may feel cramped for couples with multiple suitcases!!! The location lacks vibrancy, making it less appealing for nightlife seekers!!! Soundproofing requires improvement to enhance guest comfort!!!

Had a short transit stay and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The room was quite spacious for a typical hotel in Tokyo, providing ample space for luggage, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s perfectly located with several metro stations just a walk away, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Skytree. Plus, the bed was really comfy, and the shower pressure was excellent, giving a nice boost after a long travel day.

Convenient spot with friendly vibes
The hotel was spotlessly clean, and I appreciated the staff's warmth and willingness to help. Being minutes away from the Ningyocho Station made my city explorations easy and stress-free.
I was surprised to find no complimentary drinking water provided, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, soundproofing could be improved as it was noisy when neighbors used the restroom.

Had an amazing group trip! The hotel was super clean and right near the train station, making it easy to explore. We visited the Tokyo Skytree and Ueno Zoo, both affordable and great for a fun day out. The staff spoke English, which helped a lot, and amenities downstairs were a plus.
The only downside was the early 10am checkout time, which felt a bit rushed after a night out.

The room was impressively quiet and impeccably maintained, which made for a restful stay. Laundry facilities were excellent, with the convenience of machines that offer washing and drying in one. The location is great, with easy access to multiple subway lines, allowing seamless exploration of the area. However, I did find the pillows to be quite firm, which affected my overall comfort during the nights. Additionally, the limited breakfast options could have benefited from more variety.
